Our Process

No matter the size of project we always follow a six stage process to ensure that you have the best possible results at the end. Our initial consultation allows us to properly understand your needs before we provide a quote for the work. There is no cost until you agree to proceed. Once we commence the design project we will produce design concepts to show you colours and styles, talking through the ideas and different options. Once the direction is set we finalise the design, leading to the installation by chosen contractors. That leaves the fun part – the all important finishing touches.
Initial Consultation
Our approach is open and collaborative. It starts with a phone conversation or an email exchange, followed by a visit to your home or commercial premises to get a feel for your requirements and discuss ideas.
Providing A Quote
Once the brief has been finalised a Quotation will be drawn up for the cost of the Interior Design Fee.
Design Concept
Initial thoughts and ideas are presented for a collaborative and interactive discussion. Samples will be provided to explore all possibilities.
Finalising the Design
We will provide a presentation board with full specifications. We will also provide a shopping list, should you prefer to source items yourself.
Installation
We can provide a full installation service. Quotes from approved subcontractors are provided in an open market situation. We oversee and coordinate all orders and deliveries, giving you peace of mind.
Dressing Out Touches
We can help with selecting and installing accessories such as artworks, artefacts, cushions, and decorative lighting.
